CHARACTERISTICS : It is a specialized oil for the lubrication of industrial gears, made with selected lubricant bases with extreme pressure sulfur-phosphorus additives that act on metal surfaces creating a film that protects against wear and gives it an excellent loading capacity.
APPLICATIONS: It is especially recommended for the lubrication of closed industrial gears subjected to severe loads or shock loads, in combined gear and bearing lubrication systems, in the lubrication of anti-friction plain bearings, sliding guides and flexible couplings. They can also be used in the lubrication of gearmotors and mills.
QUALITIES: • Meets USS224, David Brown S1.52.101(E) AGMA 9005 D94, and DIN 51517 PART 3 specifications. • Excellent protection against wear in lubrication systems. • High oxidation stability, since it minimizes the action of acidic products that cause corrosion of the bearings and other metallic parts of the lubrication system. • Good thermal stability and antifoam properties.
